How to change the default terminal shell in VS Code?

Every time you open a VSCode terminal, there's a default terminal tool, such as CMD/Powershell, etc., but if some plugins are installed, the default tool might be modified. For example, recently I encountered `javatls` as the default every time I opened it (usually a configuration automatically created by some Java/Language Server plugins or Tasks), which is indeed very disruptive to daily use.

So I need to manually switch the default tool to another one I need.

## Method One: Quick UI Modification (Recommended, Most Intuitive)

1.  In VSCode, press the shortcut `Ctrl + Shift + P` to bring up the Command Palette.
2.  Type and select **`Terminal: Select Default Profile`** (in Chinese environment, it's `终端: 选择默认配置文件`).
3.  In the dropdown list that appears, click to select **PowerShell** (or another terminal tool you need).

> **Tip:** After modification, delete all currently open terminal tabs (the ones containing `javatls`) by clicking the trash can icon, then press `Ctrl + ` ` to open a new terminal for the changes to take effect.

## Method Two: Lock Directly via `settings.json`

If the plugin is "stronger" and occasionally reverts the UI modification, you can hardcode it directly in the configuration file:

1.  Press `Ctrl + Shift + P`, type and select **`Preferences: Open User Settings (JSON)`** (Open User Settings).
2.  Add (or modify) the following line of configuration in the JSON:
